• One ampoule is 10 mg/ml, one is 50 mg/ml and the third is 100 mg/ml. This means that a 5-10x difference in dose could be given if you had not noticed. Always check the strength of ketamine in the ampoule!
• Use the 10 mg/ml solution for IV induction. The 50 mg/ml solution is better for IM induction as a smaller volume can be given
