Diagnosis: Pre-eclampsia with impending eclampsia.
This patient needs urgent intervention:
- Treat blood pressure with oral or IV anti-hypertensives
- Consider magnesium sulphate infusion
- Monitor baby
- Fluid restriction
- Strict input/output chart
- Monitor liver function and renal function regularly
